When do I pay?

Launch packages and additional services are paid in full before work begins. Monthly partnerships are billed on the first of each month.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve San Antonio and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for services outside our standard 25-mile service area.

Do you manage social media accounts?

Social media management is included in our Plus and Pro partnerships. Our core partnership provides professionally created content for you to post and manage yourself.

How long does it take to receive my content?

DCM operates on a structured monthly production schedule to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality content. Content calendars are given in advance, so you’ll know when to expect your finished content.

Can I change or cancel my partnership?

Absolutely. Since we don’t require long-term contracts, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your partnership before your next billing cycle. We want you to stay because you love working with us—not because you’re locked into an agreement.

Do I own my photos and videos?

Yes. Once your project has been completed and paid for, you own the content and are free to use it across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
